Savoring the Euganean Hills
Located just a few steps from the Schivanoia waterfall, the “cascatella” of Teolo, at the base of the rock climbing gym of Rocca Pendice and its castle, we serve as a pit-stop for all lovers of the hills and nature: for those looking to recharge after a hike or climb, or for those who simply want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Euganean farmhouse.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from late March to late October, we are also engaged in snack bar activities. In the courtyard and the external garden, equipped with tables and benches, and in the indoor hall, we welcome guests and refresh them with what nature and farming offer us.
We wholeheartedly embrace the philosophy of genuineness and simplicity: you will find only homemade products with us. As a small agricultural company, we have chosen to offer only what we can produce with our land and animals: we make the cured meats ourselves and take care of the entire production chain. Therefore, the products you eat and drink with us are genuine, free of non-natural preservatives, and very simple.
We specialize in the production of cured meats: salami, soppressa, coppa, pancetta, and lard. They are served with warm bread, wine from our production, and cheeses that we purchase from local producers, along with various side dishes that may vary depending on the season.
The presence of laying hens on the farm also allows us to have many eggs available, with which we prepare delicious cakes to delight even the sweetest palates.
The indoor hall and outdoor space can also be used for birthday parties, refreshments, and more substantial lunches and dinners: we are always available to meet your requests and offer you the quality of products from our land.
